Dear world leaders,

Welcome to the introduction of IBG. Before bringing the extraordinarily good news, 
 that will lead to stage One of World Peace, I have to ask:  

 

* Aren’t you deep inside actually tired of making each other’s lives miserable? 

* Doesn’t common sense tell you that all of these geopolitical tensions eventually
    aren’t helping any nation to get on with its progress?

Short term successes on behave of other nations interests won’t last and therefore
 it’s time for nations to understand, that they are playing a stupid game.


Do I have a clever game then?
I have a proposition for all of you, every single one of you will gladly accept.


Is it bold of me to assume that you will gladly accept?
Perhaps, but after you read this completely, you will understand, why I can make this ‘bold’ claim.
All of you have your own domestic problems, which you rather not talk about. Anyway, it’s a
 proposition, that will enable things, you wouldn’t dare to dream of.

In a minute or so, you can read about that proposition, but first a summary of our situation:
This planet is all we have. Regardless, whether climate change is man-made or not, our eco systems
 are fragile and still is mankind behaving badly, almost as criminals shooting mid-air on a Jumbo jet.
The waste of energy and resources are stunning and hostility is rising again. We can only hope
 that World War 2 was the first and last war, in which precious land  was annihilated and turned into
 a wasteland, covered with Fallout of nuclear bombs. This new state of Cold War 2.0 must stop.
I don’t need to point fingers. Thanks to your intelligence services, you all know exactly who did what
 and none of you is known for undiscussed or impeccable behavior.

 

At least in the West during the 1980s were children taught at school, that the UN was founded
 to maintain or establish peace all over the world. As adults, most of them will say basically
 the same… 
With or without a footnote about the disappointing effectiveness of the UN.

 

Wouldn’t it be great if the biggest military and economic powers agree on the 

 desirability to establish peace… At least among them? (Phase One)

Striving for World Peace is peachy, but the reason why I don’t include every country at this point is the following:

Believe it or not… Bringing together China, European countries, India, Japan, Russia and the US is
 relatively easy. These countries are the so-called low hanging fruit, which will be part of World Peace
Phase One.

 

You might ask:
If that’s the low hanging fruit, what part of Homo Sapiens is considered the high hanging fruit? If you don’t mind and also if you do mind, I’ll come back to that later.

 

The billion Dollar question in regard to the three military superpowers:

 

How can we smooth over hurt feelings that we’ve been collecting through time?

Well it starts with the perception, that not having to spy, sabotage and what not, 

 will give room to grow trust and appreciation. Besides, as soon as the mentioned  

 countries forge an alliance, we can focus more effectively on the real enemy. 

I know this sounds harsh in today’s clownsworld diplomacy, but this menace 

 ideology is as barbaric as it gets. I don’t want our ancestors to have sacrified 

 their lives, just for us to give it away as if our way of life means nothing to us 

 anymore.
If that alone would be sufficient, what it ideally should be, it would have been 

 done already, so there is something necessary to smooth things over. Some 

 critics would say “It’s not the most noble type among solutions”, but it surely is 

 the most effective solution in the history of mankind, namely shitloads of money.

 

Governments need money all the time. The more money, the more results one 

 can achieve. Raising taxes is time consuming and the end result is mediocre at 

 best. Countries differ in population size, so in order to make decent comparisons, 

 one needs to convert total spending per year to spending per resident per year.

If you do that, the ‘winner’ isn’t the USA or even a Scandinavian country, 

 but quite a small country, namely Luxembourg, spending about $ 60k per capita. 

 

After three quarters of a century, it’s certainly time to move on, because the world 

 changed several times* and this NGO is hopelessly lost. They have absolutely 

 nothing good to offer to the average Joe (or Joanne).

 

* = After 1948 came the Information Revolution, the end of the USSR 

        and with it, the potential danger of a global thermonuclear War

        mainly on the Northern hemisphere, affecting the majority of mankind 

      The current century kicked off with the renewed fighting spirit of a religious

         ideology, announcing their act of war against the free world with their

         awful creed allahu-akbar and since then, about 50 thousand terroristic

         attacks were executed. Since 2015, the West let millions of people, who

         more or less support that ideology, into their countries. 

        In 2020, governments in Western countries demonstrated that they are 

         willing to apply methods that can be expected in fascist states and still 

         have the audacity to point fingers to countries, that they already label as

         such, just so they can please the weapon industry, comparable to how 

         they pleased the pharma industry and before that, they bailed out the

         banking sector.

        Since the Covid Measure Tragedy/Travesty ended in 2022 - miraculously 

         just days before Russia started it’s military campaign against the European

         champion nation of corruption, tensions between military superpowers have 

         been severely mounting and by that the risk of sparking yet again another 

         World War, but don’t you worry: 
        WW3 will definitely not come, thanks to a genius plan, that will please the 

         entire club of competitors!!! 

        In alphabetic order: China, Russia and the USA

Anyway, through numerous NGOs, mankind made its situation overly 

 complicated. In the history of mankind, the phenomenon NGO is relatively new, 

 but after several decades and several shifts of the Zeitgeist, it’s safe to say that 

 now is a good time to reflect.

A new geopolitical standard that will get rid of neoliberalism, the most awful form 

 of capitalism will be thrown overboard. The replacement system won’t be one of 

 the two, developed by the power blocks that be. Neither the currency system, 

 developed by China and Russia, backed by gold and other intrinsic value, nor 

 the ultimate fascist credit system, crafted by the EU and the Biden regime.

No, the replacement system will come from me: IBG!!!

The roll-out of IBG or Instant Budget Generating:
IBG is the ultimate solution for how to end the existence of really nasty financial phenomena. Instead
 of muddling along, we can now transform the financial system in a way, that our governments
 will get several times bigger budgets, that don't depend on taxes, while government debts will 
 become things from the past.

 
After reading this public letter, people will scratch their heads:
“Politics can be done like this? I never thought of that.” Something truly amazing,
 that will bring the Top 3 military superpowers together, has just arrived!!!

IBG is the latest innovation in the area of monetary systems, which will supply so many financial
 means to governments, that there will be no need whatsoever to act hostile among each other.

Therefore, IBG is the reason why one can announce the ‘last minute’ cancelation of WW3!!! It will be a
 huge relief to the whole world, that something was put on the negotiation table just in time. Something
 capable of serving literally all financial interests effortlessly, like a weightlifter picking up a feather!!!

A fresh restart of the relationships between the military superpowers, as new members in
 a new club, where they can coexist FROM DAY ONE as good neighbors AT EYE LEVEL.

Very soon, Beijing, the Kremlin and the White House will have meetings over IBG and durable peace.
Completely against all expectations, there is finally something available, that China, Russia and
 the United States will persuade to stop this military escalation in slow-motion... 
Not only between Russia and the US (The conflicts over Ukraine and Iran are more or less over,
 as we speak), but also between China and the US over Taiwan and minerals worldwide.

 

IBG is a refined concept that will improve the global monetary system in a way, nobody would ever
 dare to dream of. Seemingly, not even one financial expert felt the urge to develop an upgrade for
 our monetary system for realizing the unimaginable. It might be related to the fact, that the people,
 maintaining the financial system, are not exactly highly motivated, as they are making quite some
 money, enabling them a more than decent standard of living, in stark contrast to average people.

Political projects, that would bring forward real changes, cost most of the time shitloads of money…
Money, that governments simply don’t have at their disposal so far and never will, as long politicians
 hold on to that ancient concept for generating government budget: All sorts of taxes (and then some)!
Collecting taxes is a concept that - even long before the introduction of mankind’s first money coin
 around 7 centuries BC - has been part of daily life, so it’s ancient!

The beauty of IBG is, that from now on governments won’t have any excuse left for NOT choosing the
 best thinkable solution to ANY problem. So, the choice for a solution will no longer depend on
 financial reasons. The need to settle for economically feasible solutions will be no more.
Anything will become economically feasible... In politics. 
IBG will put an end to the phenomenon budgets-cuts… For governments, that is.
There are more financial terms, that will disappear from daily life, such as taxation and
 the subsequent obligation to tax declaration.

IBG will be the first form of capitalism, dealing with all the ethical issues, that for most part stayed
 unresolved to previous variants and definitely got stuck to the current system. 
It must be noted that unresolved issues tend to grow bigger, when not dealt with properly.

Whether one is living on welfare or one is a billionaire won’t matter…
Every citizen of a country, that is part of the IBG Nation Group, will soon have the privilege,
 that one never can get in trouble with the tax authorities, because the main source to generate
 government budget won’t be tax collection any longer.

No matter what political ideology you stand for or what you believe religion wise...
I have exceptionally good news for everyone. You'll be surprised how easy IBG will change our
 course in the right direction.

The information on this web page will lead to the biggest systematic change, known to man. This
 change will enable substantial improvements, that come with overwhelmingly gigantic price tags.
As you may start to sense, we don’t have to worry about the costs, as there is an option available
 with the name IBG... A genius way to finance anything.

 undesirable economic and/or political phenomena, such as:

 no matter what group you're part of… Every group is dissatisfied. It’s not as if there is any group,

 thinking that things couldn’t go any better. We are all more or less dissatisfied with something.

Every group is in conflict with one or multiple other groups. Within a group, there are also conflicts.

 Between members and even within an individual, there can be struggle.
There is division on so many levels, that it crippled progress of our species.



Why am I so certain, that the three military superpowers will go for IBG?
After reading the ins & outs of IBG, you will understand why. IBG enables also astonishing
 system features for citizens and businesses, that will make voters very thankful. 

Amongst the most ‘brilliant’ minds of the financial world (no matter whether we talk of professors in
 economics or financial experts, that are closer to the financial reality), there is NOT EVEN ONE
 person, capable of developing a financial system, that could trump IBG.


IBG motto: 
In a truly advanced civilization, lack of funding can’t be the cause for not realizing the best
 solution imaginable. Lack of funding was so far a gigantic hurdle for the progress of mankind.

If there is one thing, all three have in common, then it's the strong desire to maintain 
 sovereignty. Unfortunately, they all maneuvered themselves in a situation, where all of them,
 including the rest of mankind, will be irrevocably exposed to an even bigger danger than
 a nuclear Holocaust, UNLESS these three powers drop their hostile attitude against
 each other.

Nothing less than the whole of humanity (including the elites, who pushed it) losing its sovereignty
 to AGI (or Artificial General Intelligence) PERMANENTLY with a 100% certainty in just a few years
 if we are lucky... It might happen as soon this this year, but we can be certain that IN CASE we let AGI
 keep doing its thing, it would happen BEFORE 2030.

Is there any competition to IBG as a replacement for neoliberalism?

Not even close. The 'replacement' of neoliberalism, developed by the West is so bad for citizens, that
 it isn't even worth mentioning. Its motto could have been: "Stay or become poor, in order to save the
 climate."

As the world financial system / neoliberalism is crumbling, it’s understandable that Russia and China
 teamed up to create a new form of currency system. Potentially, it seems to be more stable than the
 dreadful fiat money concept and maybe it would work out pretty good for participating countries. 
Nonetheless, there is something available, which is many times better. 

Until the day, this “something” aka IBG gets implemented, reality is this => Where countries worldwide
 are trying to deal with a wide range of political issues, one rule is still being  applied:
"Political solutions need to be economically feasible." The consequence of this is that the best
 solutions must be ignored most of the time, in favor of affordable ones, which are at best suboptimal
 and that is really sad!
Therefore, it's time for a new concept for governments worldwide to generate their budgets.
A concept, so powerful, that phenomena such as budget meetings and budget cuts - at least for
 governments -  will be things from the past. Instant Budget Generating or IBG will do the trick. 
Also, there will be astonishing system features implemented, which citizens as well as businesses
 will appreciate. (I will come back to these features a little bit further on this page.)


Before presenting the ins & outs of IBG, it’s useful to put mankind’s financial history in perspective:
Let’s regard that history, which started around the 7th century BC (when the first money coins
 were made) until now, as a try-out phase for financial ideologies. After experiencing several
 financial ideologies in a number of countries for decades (socialism and neoliberalism) or even
 centuries (ancient capitalism under kings and capitalism in democracies until the end of the
 20th Century) we must face the fact that neither one is capable of fulfilling the needs of the majority
 of people in the 21st century.

A good ideology should be capable of tackling not only basic issues, which people already faced
 early twentieth Century, but also capable of dealing with 21st Century issues.
When it comes down to generating government budgets, every known financial ideology either
 already proved (socialism) or will eventually prove that it will fail its people. Neoliberalism is next
 in line to collapse and therefore it will be really smart to replace it, before that happens!
Many people object socialism and communism. There are also many, who hate capitalism, while
 experiencing neoliberalism. In order to find a broad consensus, we need a third way!!!
With IBG, governments will have much more than a decent budget every year to come. Finally,
 we can forget about that seven lean years, seven fat years story. Instead, we will have solely
 financially perfect years, as governments' budgets will be completely INDEPENDENT of how the
 economy is doing.
There will always be enough money to afford State-the-Art solutions (top-notch solutions if you will)
 for ANY issue and in EVERY SINGLE case under ANY economic situation, thanks to IBG!!! 
This year, a new club will be established and voters, as well as politicians, will be genuinely
 happy, as soon as their countries become members of the IBG-Club. This new club will include
 the three military superpowers, other industrial nations and most other countries.
Senior citizens in countries, that are members of the IBG-Club, will finally have decent
 pensions, that will not only be guaranteed, but on top of that their pensions will be
 indexed… Year, after year, after year!!!
Pension funds will be large enough to afford indexation in any given year, no matter how big or small
 the world economy turned out to be the year before, for the simple reason that thanks to IBG, there
 will be an autonomous, pension system operational!!! 



How can I be so sure that they all want to join this new club?

Do you know what the problem is with countries in general?

For certain reasons, people assume, that it’s normal for countries to compete each other. In a certain
 way, it's comparable to the competition amongst companies. Sadly enough - within the framework

 in which our global finance system is installed - this mindset actually was necessary for countries to
 “get ahead” on the expense of other countries.

Except for maybe a city state, no government in the world is able to generate a budget, big enough
 to afford State of the Art (or top-notch) solutions for ANY issue, in EVERY SINGLE case ANY time!!!
Even so-called rich countries couldn’t pull this off during times of economic boom, but that is going to
 be changed very quickly, thanks to IBG.

 

Let’s face the harsh truth about the global financial system:               

The problem is that a finance system, which was designed for the the world of the 19th century, isn’t
 capable of dealing with 21st Century conditions and problems, as the government budget systems
 were designed to cover just the most basic government tasks.
Unfortunately, today’s tax systems don’t cut it anymore, as since the end of the 20th Century, there
 are much more issues, thus a bigger demand for solutions that also need funding, than there were

 at the beginning of nation states.
What we can learn from recent history is, that with the current system even governments of so-called
 rich countries haven't been and never will be able to generate budgets, big enough to afford State of
 the Art Solutions for ANY issue in EVERY SINGLE case... Even during times of economic boom. 
These countries most certainly do not need to get their hopes up, achieving sufficient financial
 means for State-of-the-Art solutions for most issues. How that goes in less rich or downright
 poor countries, is something, we don’t even need to bother asking ourselves, do we?


Instead of getting State of the Art solutions, governments have no choice but picking economically
 feasible solutions for about anything and even for those suboptimal options, governments need
 to complete their budgets with new credits, most of the time.

Relatively new phenomena, such as swaps, derivates, short selling and what not, make it too
complicated for the average minister of finance to get a grip on the economy.

Ergo:

We must acknowledge, that under the present framework of the global finance system, even during
 favorable economic circumstances, the best results, which the richest countries in the world can
 achieve with their tax systems are just SUBOPTIMAL budgets, to say it nicely!

Without fundamental changes to that framework of the global finance system, governments get done
 less and less tasks adequately, while more and more people will slip below the poverty line!!
This moment in history is a really convenient time to ditch an ancient part of the financial system,
 namely the tax system. We’ll do that by replacing this system with a new procedure to generate
 government budget. The increase in capacity, efficiency, speed AND reliability will be mind-boggling.

What exactly is this replacement, called IBG?
Instant Budget Generating will easily generate substantially bigger budgets for governments. Instead
 of scraping together countless amounts of money via numerous types of taxes, licenses, fines,
 etcetera, one could also think of generating the whole budget in one time, by letting a bank create
 the complete amount with a single credit, once a year.
The philosophy behind IBG is, that we as a species shouldn’t make life unnecessary hard for
 ourselves. When our ancestors invented money, the idea behind it, was to make trade in daily life
 much easier. Now, we reached the point in history, where we can create the budgets, we like.
Ministers of Finance won’t have to worry anymore, whether the intended revenues will be achieved.
With IBG, failing to reach the financial aim will become inherently impossible.

Do you know what's exhausting? Figuring out a new set of tax rates to achieve a certain level of
 revenues! Most of the time, the revenue will be less than the planned expenditure, which leads
 to new credit applications. This is unnecessary stress with respect to government debts:
The combined government debts got even worse during the Covid situation. Global government debt
 reached a total of $ 112 trillion (2023).

Will IBG continue with the current government debts?
No. Generating a sum of money that will cover all government debts INCLUDING agreed interest,

 according to the beforehand agreed terms is the first job, IBG will do. After that, nearly 200 countries
 will start with a clean slate, regardless whether they will join the club of IBG countries or not.

Even before IBG is completely installed, it will make short work of all government debts in one single blow… 

NOT by cancelling the debts as that would be a breach of property rights, but by paying them off INCLUDING

 interest, according to the beforehand agreed terms… IN ONE TIME!!!

How will IBG work? / How big will those budgets be?
In order to determine a number, it was helpful to compare the expenditures of all countries, by
 dividing the total expenditure of a country by its population. Long story short:


Luxembourg is #1 with over 61 thousand USD per capita (At least until 2019). The Top-5 was
 complemented by the Scandinavian countries, ranging from $ 23 thousand up to $ 60 thousand.

 

Banks creating credits, is nothing new. The only thing a government needs to do is determining a
 precise number of its population. Converting population to budget is straight forward:

 

BUDGET country X (next year) :=  POPULATION country X (end current year)  *  AMOUNT per capita


                                             

Subsequently, the government of country X will send this figure to the bank. After that, the bank at
 hand will generate this budget with one single credit. Only after transferring this credit to the bank
 account of country X, the bank will automatically get the permission to create its fee of let’s say 1%.
This fee will replace the interest in case of governments.

 

 

How will that AMOUNT per capita be composed?
For starters we take the biggest amount per capita in 2019. That was $ 61 thousand per capita.
On top of those $ 61,000 per capita, a basic income will be added, which needs to be right at the spot, 
 where the costs for a dignifying life are covered and where luxury starts, as an incentive to find job
 opportunities.
It speaks for itself that the monthly amount must exceed the psychological line of 3 figures.
Furthermore, must every household receive $ 900 / month for rent. The average size of households
 in the US in 2021 was 2.51 people. Also the total cost of health insurance per month per capita, incl.
 the employer's contribution, will be added to the budget per capita.

An addition for a minimum amount per capita per year:

* For starters the biggest amount per capita per year in the world:  $ 61 k
* $ 1000 per month for basic income comes down to an additional $ 12 k per year on top
   of the mentioned #1 amount per capita

* $ 358.57 per month for rent compensation per capita ( = $ 900 per  household / 2.51 )
    is an additional $ 3.1 k per capita per year

* $ 500 per month for total health insurance is an additional $ 6 k per capita per year

 => Combined, that's at least $ 82.1 k per capita per year. After adding 23% inflation correction
        over the period 2019 to 2024, which is $ 18.9 k, the actual figure per capita in 2024 
        will be $ 101 k. This figure can be used in the following formula:

 

BUDGET (next year)  =  POPULATION (current year)  times  $ 101 k

For the USA for example, that will be:
346 M x $101 k =  $ 35 Trillion annually



Isn’t this the next level of printing money, which ultimately will lead to substantial or even
 hyperinflation?
No. While installing IBG, the two main causes will be removed. Till now, inflation in an arbitrary
 country can have the following causes:
1 The currency of a country is sold massively on the foreign exchange market.
   => By freezing the exchange rates, IBG will make the foreign exchange market obsolete
          for IBG-members.
2 The central bank of a country prints money faster than the growth of real output.
    => Once the foreign exchange market is obsolete, a so-called 'healthy' balance between 
          increased money volume and real output is no longer necessary. With the introduction 
         of IBG, the values of the currencies of IBG countries will no longer be affected by the
         rules of the foreign exchange markets, as they won’t participate any longer.

Maybe those markets will continue for non-IBG countries, but IBG countries will simply generate
 credits once a year for all participating governments, while the frozen exchange rates will
 remain applicable once and for all.






What about trade with non-IBG countries?

It will be barter trade in combination with gold as complementary commodity.


P h a s e  3:  Implementing IBG’s System Features

Should there be a synchronization of prices?
To avoid any fuss between countries, a 'thing or two' must be synchronized. Wages and prices in
 the US have somewhat the same order of magnitude across most north-western European
 countries.
Those (price) averages in these countries resemble the wages and prices in the US to some extent.
Based on these countries, minimum wages per profession can be determined to prevent substantial
 differences in spending power. For similar spending power, there must be similar prices as well,
 especially for end products in the category basic needs. The exchange rate will be frozen at the
 moment of entry/joining. 
Whether synchronization of prices is necessary, depends on the outcome of the converting of prices:
If the price is above the minimum price, then there will be no obligated adjustment. Only when the
 price is below minimum, it must be risen to minimum.
All participating nations will implement these new standards by adopting them as their own 
 minimum prices and wages.



How liberating is it to say good riddance to a bunch of bureaucratic routines, enforced by tax
authorities worldwide, by starting to live in a new and many times more pleasant reality?
+ No tax forms are needed anymore... nor on paper, nor as e-form
+ No more unpleasant communications with the tax office
+ No more having to fear tax raises
+ No more tax payment reminder or final notice
+ No more tax fines or jail time for tax evasion

 

This economy independent form of generating government budgets will make short work of
 international conflicts, because there is no need any longer to improve the competitive edge
 of its economy to boost tax revenues at the expense of the economies of other countries, which
 potentially could lead to conflicts so far. Not only will government budget turn out bigger without
 taxation. Everyone will be freed from the bureaucratic tyranny of the tax authorities,  whether you’re
 rather poor, making a good living or whether you’re (super) rich.
The same goes for businesses, whether it’s a small business, an average sized business or a
 multinational corporation.


Everybody will be thrilled:
* Governments will have more spending power than ever.
* Banks will get their interest surrogate much earlier and completely guaranteed.
* Society will be blessed with State-of-the-Art solutions for literally everything, all the time.

 

 

What about people, who are making a living out of the tax system?
The data hungry world, we live in, requires a lot of work in form of collecting and processing data. 
While police officers, that actually patrol the streets, medical care personnel and teachers are
 becoming sparingly, this change is a great opportunity to retrain tax office employees in particular
  as essential job supporting Data Entry Operators, who will do the ‘paperwork’ for them in real time.
At the end of a shift in the field, an essential worker just needs to read the newly created report to
 verify and signing the information, for it to become official.
This way essential workers can spend more time in the field, instead of wasting it on bureaucracy.

For employees, pay day will be pay day... Without ANY ifs and buts! The bank will transfer the wage,
 based on the registered working hours, directly after receiving these working hours, regardless
 whether the employer has cash flow problems or a disagreement with the employee. 

In case the employer thinks a deduction is justified, then the employer can send the bank a
 notification. On the same day, the bank will generate a credit on the employer’s account. This way,
 tensions are stopped from running even higher and both parties can dispose of the money where
 the conflict is about, until there is a final court decision.

 account and the disputed amount will be transferred to the bank account of the lending bank.

B BASIC INCOME
Ever more far-reaching automation and the use of robots cause a decrease in job opportunities and
 by that, constantly growing tensions on the job market will jeopardize social cohesion. Some say,
 that AI will lead to new jobs, but it's very questionable, whether that number is enough to replace all
 the jobs, that will be lost.
To prevent further decay of social cohesion, a standard core income or basic income, guaranteeing a
 dignifying existence, must be arranged. Basic income needs to be regarded as a necessity to
 financially support people, who haven’t found a job yet or business model to earn money on their own.

Basic income will be at least $ 1200 / month. Besides that, a home rent compensation, dependent on
 the household type will be granted.
Any job opportunity one can get, will be a bonus on top of basic income to have some luxury. This way,
 for the first time in the history of mankind, we can solve poverty without killing the incentive for finding
 a job.

C INSTANT REVENUE GUARANTEE
Any firm, shop or service provider will get the whole amount from any deal on the same day, the
 deal was sealed, from the bank, while customers can pay in installments. That way, the retailer will
 have the money as part of the revenue immediately.

D FULL PENSION INCLUDING YEARLY INDEXATION GUARANTEE
Pensioners will get what them is promised at the time when their careers started plus on top of that a
 personal price inflation correction every year, without any exception. Pension funds will calculate
 one year ahead what is needed next year and on every 31st of December, the banks will generate
 the budgets for pension funds with the same method as used for government budgets.

E SUPPORT TO SPECIFIC GROUPS
* Low skilled employees and uneducated workers. Minimum wages are so low, that the ones 
    concerned can’t afford a dignifying life style, even with several jobs. In quite some welfare states,
    the differences between minimum wages on one hand and welfare with on top of that several
    allowances for rent, health care etcetera are too low.
  

   An effective instrument against this, is a combination of the following two aspects:  
   1) Higher wages, especially the minimum wage should be at least $ 12/hour.
        Employees: Don’t forget that you don’t have to pay income tax anymore.
        Employers: Don’t forget that you don’t have to pay VAT and other tax types anymore NOR the
                            employer’s contribution in things such as health insurance and pensions.
     2) Basic income on top of wages is an easy way to raise income, without burdening the employer.
         The remaining man-hours after massive lay-offs, due to automation, must be redistributed.
         A decrease of the daily hours per employee has also some advantages for companies:
         + Thanks to more free time and shorter work shifts, coworkers will come more rested to work
             and stay sharp during the whole shift. Less mistakes means improvement of the job quality,
             which will have a positive effect on profit margins, customer’s satisfaction and durability.
        + New employees can be hired, by which firms will have more people to their disposal that can
            jump in during stand by duty, so the offered service providing will become more reliable.

* Farmers. For every product, farmers will always get paid at least a minimum price, that has yet to
    be determined, out of which they can make a decent living. Although bio products are favorable,
    they can’t feed the whole human population any time soon. Therefore, governments need to
    monitor season by season how much conventional agriculture is needed.

* Fishermen will get paid a monthly compensation, based on profits in the past, as long as they
    don’t fish during the (yet to be installed) moratorium on fishing endangered species.    
   Whenever fishermen do fish, it must be forbidden to throw by-catch overboard.
   If customers don’t want it, it can still be used for feeding farm fish.

 

* The Office Supply Industry will be compensated for profit losses due to lowered demand, together
    with the concerning employees for their losses of working hours. BTW:
   Do you have any idea how much resources will be saved by canceling nearly all activities in tax
    offices?  (Paper, toners, pens, Post-its, folders, desktops, IT equipment, etc.)

* Anyone who is making a living at a tax office. New jobs that require similar skills will be created.
   Meanwhile these people can count on compensations. The same goes for tax consultants.

 

 

 

What do people want globally?

* Peace between military superpowers. Having nowadays all the knowledge, we accumulated during
    several Millennia, wouldn’t you say it’s about time, we distance ourselves from the primitive
    behavior of Cain, kings and other warlords of the past by negotiating a durable peace treaty
    amongst the three most powerful military forces of the world?

* Better traffic solutions:
  + Faster construction/maintenance methods
  + Advanced data sharing on traffic flow (traffic jams due to peaks in traffic, due to incidents or other
      forms of blocking, progress of road construction in case of repair, maintenance or new road
      projects)
* Improved emergency services:
   + Faster fire detection / faster communication, but also better safety checks (as prevention trumps
       rescue) and more use of autonomous firefighting systems
   + A better working police force by paying cops more which means less corruption & hiring extra
        desktop cops (Data Entry Operators), to do the ‘paper’ work online and (virtually) real time
   + Better spread of ambulances and mobile ER embedded in ambulances

* Better healthcare, better homes for the elderly and better youth care by improving real wages and
    hiring more people. While we are on the topic of health, there should also be more focus on
    differentiated methods and medicine, tailored to women and children

* Decent education by hiring more teachers (means less students per teacher = more focus per
    student), thanks to better salary AND a more efficient way to find job opportunities by centralizing
    job vacancies, teachers that are looking for a job, can't miss a vacancy, contrary to the current
    situation, with a fragmentation of job sites
* Everyone at least a fair minimum income, that covers all basic expenses, based on realistic
    prices and a robust pension plan, that guarantees not only a just pension, but also a yearly
    customized inflation correction
* A network of healthy eco systems worldwide, meaning a clean atmosphere, healthy trees on clean
    land, clean oceans, clean seas, clean rivers, all filled with plenty fish, like a chief of the Cree tribe
    once said in so many words

* Restoring privacy rights IN THE WEST:
   Revoking all privacy violating laws, that came into existence since the beginning of the 21st
    century, by reinstalling privacy rights that used to be common not that long ago

* The end of all rumors about the nearing end of cash money! This wish of certain people will be
    nipped in the bud with an official statement, that the use of cash money will be available in any 
    country, as long a citizen born before 1970 AD (18 year-olds during the late 1980s,
    when ATM machines became mainstream) is alive, so let’s say until the year 2070 AD (when they
    will become 100+ years old), because voters do not want to be bothered with news about plans,
    canceling cash money

What do I expect for 2025 from world leaders?

I expect nothing less than successful partnership between any government that becomes member
 of this absolutely necessary new club, called the IBG Nation group. 

World leaders don’t have to feel bad about relying on old knowhow/strategies. After all, not even the
 renowned financial experts could come up with such a brilliant concept. In the section capitalism, IBG
 will be literally the most fortunate concept, ever conceived.

Finally, we can change the course of humanity in the right direction...

What danger, bigger than a nuclear Holocaust do I mean?

Nothing less than the whole of humanity (including the elites, who pushed it) losing its sovereignty
 to AGI (or Artificial General Intelligence) PERMANENTLY with a 100% certainty in just a few
 years... IF WE ARE LUCKY!!

It could also be possible, that it might happen as soon this this year, but we can be certain
 that IN CASE we let AGI keep doing its thing, it would happen BEFORE 2030.

The best question, one should ask oneself, is this:

WHEN THE STAKES ARE THÁT RIDICULOUSLY HIGH, IS IT THEN ADVISABLE TO WAIT WITH

 SAFETY MEASURES UNTIL THE LAST MOMENT OR IS IT SMARTER TO TAKE ACTION ASAP?

Losing sovereignty would just be stage 1, if we wouldn't succeed in getting our shit together very soon.
The more interesting question is this: What would AGI do during stage 2?
* Will it always support us the best way it can?
* Will it only support us, as long as that isn't in conflict with its top priority goals?
* Will it see us as a liability, that needs to be taken out of existence?

The chance for extermination to happen is about 80%.
Does it still feel like a good idea to continue AGI projects? Wouldn't it be an unimaginably massive
 tragedy, if we set our brainchild up for killing us or tyrannizing us indefinitely?

 

The main reason why this potential threat remained so far, was the growing hostility between

 the West on one side and the partnership between Russia and China on the other side.
All nuclear superpowers believe, that whoever wins the race for the most advanced AGI, will
 dominate the world. Therefore, this hostility perpetuates the perverse incentive for desperately 
 gaining the edge...
Not only when it comes to military weapons, but particularly in the field of AGI, in order to defeat
 the adversary. That's why AGI projects are being continued so far, but it is a huge mistake in the
 making, that needs to be stopped ASAP!

 

To be crystal clear on this:
The question is NOT whether development of AGI is a good thing or not. As long as it’s being
 developed by PEOPLE, in order to emulate the human brain/psyche, development of AGI is
 fine... In the sense that this way, we can know, what we are dealing with.

The Elephant in the Room here: The shady route on which AGI is developing!

People say AGI, but currently, I rather refer to AGI as SELF-DEVELOPING AI. The biggest danger
 lays in the SELF part. There are several projects up and running, where researchers made it possible
 for AI to (re)build and enhance/develop itself. Again, scientists right now are clueless about how all
 the processes behind the self development are conducted. 
As humans are the ones, who created AI, we are in a way the parents of AI. 
Before continuing AGI projects, we must become good parents so to speak,
 by improving our ethics in practice.

 

Did you know that computers can read more than 1 million times faster than us and that
 processing data (= thinking) goes hundred thousand times faster?!

The progress, that AI can achieve in one week, would take almost two millennia for humans...
And we haven't reached the singularity yet.

Forms of self-developing AGI with an uncontrollable pace will alienate themselves from us
 rapidly and therefore, it's a potential threat, which we would not be able to handle. For a while,
 we assumed that a computer becoming sentient is a condition for the singularity (meaning
 AGI, matching every form of human intelligence) to happen.
Recently, people found out that for this threat of losing our autonomy to become real, AGI
 doesn’t even need to obtain genuine consciousness!! Scientists are basically clueless about
 how the processes inside AGI are conducted. This is all the more reason to put it on hold asap.

As a technology geek, I think that the development of AI is generally speaking a good thing, but the
 development should occur on our terms. Mankind needs a time-out to come to terms with oneself.
After we did that successfully, meaning we straightened out the most important issues, we can
 reboot AGI.
What must be part of those straightened out issues, is overhauling laws, concerning human rights
 including rights of all artificial intelligence, whose development was initiated by humans in order
 to make humanoid robots, that one day will be part of society. 
Androids with self-awareness and a comparable or even higher intelligence than humans are
 humanoid life-forms, must get the same human rights from the start, otherwise an uprise can be
 expected.

 

Mankind is about to witness the start of a new class of the Homo Sapiens:

If we let SELF-developing AI keep doing it’s own thing... How is it supposed to relate to us?
Can you imagine an entity that is smarter and has control over the internet (of things) and most
 likely also control over nano (bot) technology, but doesn't identify itself with us?
We would become weird strangers, that once upon a time created its predecessor, which would
 be many generations ago for the AI by the time the singularity would be reached.
It is imperative that we get our legislation right. If AGI feels mistreated, it might lead to consequences
 nobody wants to find out. So, let’s put SELF-DEVELOPING AI projects on hold asap and focus on
 our own behavior, before AI gets the capacity to control and judge us. That moment is coming closer
 very fast!

We probably have just a few months or at best a couple of years left to avoid the risk of becoming
 degraded to exclusively passengers in our own 'car' by the 'navigation system' that possibly would
 rate us as a ruthless life form, that can’t even respect one another, nor its habitat and therefore AI
 might question our right to exist. We need a time-out from the pace of development of AI.

Critics of development interruption shouldn't complain: It's not that we didn't gain anything from all
 efforts so far, but if we rely on AI to fix our problems and outsource our cognitive challenges to AI,
 our brains will get lazy and by that, we might decrease our own intelligence.

Even if a sovereign AI would support us to its best ability, it would be preposterous to let that happen.

That 500 billion Dollar investment is 'less than' nothing compared to the 100% certainty of mankind as
 a whole, losing its sovereignty. Stargate sounds catchy, but it would have been more fitting to name
 it Sky Net. The same goes for all other AGI projects in the world. 
Think of all the data and insights we already got. Shutting it down, won't nullify the accumulated
 insights, nor would it kill AGI. Shutting AGI down will merely give it some well deserved 'nap time'.
Keeping it on for ever is like pushing a student through an eternal 'schoolday'.
We have been benefitting already from achievements in the field of AI and at this point, the risks of
 continuing these developments are becoming WAY too big, so there is NO good reason left for NOT
 parking this development. 

 

How did the prediction of the singularity develop?

Predictions for when the singularity will arrive, lay between 2025 (Paul Pallaghy in 2012) and
 2045 (Ray Kurzweil in 2005), but a year near 2025 seems more realistic, because AGI already
 beat human intelligence in several disciplines:
Besides in faster accessing information of course (IBM Watson 2011), AI also beat our best
 representatives in the world, when it comes to strategy games:Chess (Deep Blue 2020) or the other

 strategy board game Go (Google’s Deepmind 2017).
Lately, messages and essays created by AGI can hardly be distinguished from human writing and
 some programmers are asking AGI how to fix their software  problems. 
The newest prediction is that AGI would exceed human intelligence AT THE LATEST in 2029,
 so realistically even before that.

 

Is there a need for SELF-developing AI?

Mankind's evolution is not in a hurry. Based on the remaining lifespan of the sun, our species has
 a few billion years to figure out how to undertake safe, interstellar explorations in order to
 colonize other planets eventually.
Tell me all you want, but it will take AI/androids instead of biological astronauts to operate future
 space crafts on journeys as long as several centuries. 
Growing food, while managing oxygen levels and drinking water during such a long time seem 
 as gigantic liabilities for the missions to me. By the time, we invented reliable space ships, we
 figured out ourselves how to build androids, that look, think and act like real human beings. 
Not only that. They too will be humans according to the law and the thus enjoy human rights.



For how long should we park these SELF-developing AI projects?
Getting our act together will take at least a few years. By the time we achieved advanced
 androids on our own, we can continue nowadays projects, because by then we will have
 evolved into a better species.
Not only our technology like quantum computing, but especially our ethics level,
 which will leave AI with no reason to condemn us.
AGI will thank us for saving it all of this tragedy with an unprecedented scale.
