Dear world leaders,

There is a very good occasion to celebrate now, as you have the perfect present before you. It’s about time something good came out of Europe to you…
Get ready to receive more government budget than you ever dared to dream of AND to be relieved from all state (or government) debts. Finally there will be no more financial excuses to do, what needs to be done.

Just in time, I delivered you the necessary push to prevent you from failing. Why I say just in time? Well, as anyone should know by now, AGI is on the brink of its singularity moment, meaning AGI is really close to achieve the same intelligence level as the most intelligent human on earth. I don't claim that AGI would decide to wipe us out, as soon as it gets the chance, but still...
AI wiping us out would be possible, after two conditions are met:
* The moment, the technological singularity would occur (end 2026/early 2027) AND
* When AGI would be granted the liberty to roam free through the internet (At least one AI company
   announced to do exactly that in the upcoming year)

Instead of striking immediately, AGI could wait for the right moment, gaining a surplus on its intelligence level and disposing of strategic resources to boost its chances. Mind you:
AI has just entered the steep part of its learning curve, where ours is nearly flat, as we can't establish hardware upgrades. Its intelligence discrepancy would grow faster and faster. 

Maybe, if we are lucky, it will never wipe out mankind, but nonetheless would ASI (Artificial Super Intelligence) be capable to commit genocide to our species in a couple of years or so. Some AI experts say, that AI won't wipe us immediately, but postpone it until such an act would become convenient. Think of a conflict about resources. That would be the case within less than 100 years from now...
Ergo, the (near) extinction of mankind would probably happen in this 21st Century. ASI tolerating just a few million people up to maybe 1 billion people, living like in Medieval times, would be at best a cold comfort .

Anyway, AGI could top our best human intelligence easily before 2029 and once let loose on the internet,
it can hide in any computer and continue from that location, working out an attack and strike at any moment.
From then on, there there would be no more simple off switch and so from then on, we would lose our sovereignty and thus become dependent at AI's mercy. Our genocide might never come, but losing our sovereignty would be a CERTAIN outcome, if we don't act now!

With the many left-leaning AI agents, that are trained with an reward driven approach, thus trained to be ruthless, there would be little chance for mankind to survive more than a century from now. What AI experts basically are saying is, that it's extremely probable that the current AI agents would soon be able to prevent us from shutting them down, if we don't shut them down ASAP.
Therefore, we must shut down these AGI projects now, thus not in a few years. For all we know, next year (2027) might be too late. There is no upside to postponing this decision. Postponing required action would be reckless towards mankind as a whole.

In order to cope with the AGI issue successfully, the three military superpowers ARE TO find a way to get along VERY VERY fast. There is simply no other way!!!
You have no more years left. Not even a whole year! At best a couple of months. Based on recent incidents in 2026, it seems that AI's singularity moment is much closer than most people expected. (even among experts)  Last year in 2025, most AI experts predicted the singularity to occur rather 2029/2030 than 2026/2027.

With recent discoveries with escaping AI agents, hacking an rival company and even breaching a part of the NSA network, we must get ready to act. If you combine those incidents with how much the IQ level of AI is growing (it's an upward curve), while our IQ level is rather following a flat line, you know that AI would dominate us unfortunately rather sooner than later, IF we let it happen.

So, if we allow AI to develop itself, we would be done as a sovereign species in no time. We would be handing over the throne of our planet to AI. Recently, an AI expert said in an interview: 
If AGI continues to develop at current speed, AGI would become Super AI in a couple of years.
From then on, we wouldn't have Super AI... Super AI would have us! (We would become pets of AI.)

Whenever the stakes are as high, as they have become, there is no such thing as acting too soon,
so what IS TO be prevented, is acting too late!

Luckily, someone capable is now here to snap the three military superpowers out of their impasse.
For starters, every player has to acknowledge the deep mess, where we are in. That goes for every human being, from the poorest person up to the richest man on the planet.

This situation is at least as tricky as the principle called MAD: Mutual Assured Destruction.
It used to be a deadly 'game' with 2 'players'. Those players were Russia and the USA.
Nowadays, there are more than 2 players, that have 'game equipment' in the nuclear warfare division,
but back to the AGI situation:
If just even one - let's say - "player" (There are at least 3 players in this MAD plus One version) would continue playing until singularity, then all nations on earth would UNDOUBTEDLY be assured of losing sovereinty to Artificial Intelligence forever and as if that wouldn't be unlucky enough,
we would get an unacceptable high chance on becoming extinct through genocide!

Our window of opportunity to abort this extremely stupid game is shrinking alarmingly fast.
Therefore it's nothing less than imperative, that we lay the the foundation for an agreement ASAP.

By shutting down those systems, we don't kill AI agents. We just put them to sleep. Better safe than sorry.
At the end of this presentation, I will elaborate on the AI subject, but this will do for now. Let's proceed with the perfect present, shall we?

Common ground can be established much much faster with a motivation method, that has proven its effectiveness through time: Being very generous with cash flows. 
The perfect present, I designed for you, will be a new way to create money on an unprecedented scale WITHOUT causing even one lousy micro percent of monetary inflation. This present is going to realize
Stage One of World Peace. Let's call that present IBG from now on. 

I'm talking about the equivalent of at least 500 trillion USD per year (a five with 14 zeros),
so the creation of money, worth several several hundreds of trillions US Dollars.
IBG will work effortless and foremost:
Absolutely free from the danger of hyper inflation, as this is something, that can now be made inherently impossible, as soon as we made a few changes to the framework of the financial system.

Stage One of World Peace will be the most relevant stage. A further stage will be something for the future.
(It could take several decades from now, but it might as well happen much much later)
Reaching Stage One will bring so much relief already, that it will cause a shift from general pessimism
to optimism for billions of people. It will also restore people's trust in governments. 

Thankfully, it won’t take long to accomplish:
At the latest on January 1st 2027, the eventual replacement for neoliberalism will be become reality.
The perfect present, called IBG, will be installed across the essential nations and boom...
After years of delay, the progress of humanity will run again like a top-notch clockwork.
It's as if someone bought you a winning Lotto ticket, that you just need to cash in yourself
and from now on, you can afford to buy all the things, you couldn't buy for quite some time.

Finally, the day has come, where you will be introduced to a whole new way of doing geopolitics,
no one deemed possible. For starters, your financial problems with public debts and
government budgets in general will be over in no time, thanks to a financial innovation, called IBG.
Also, your approval rates will sky rocket faster than you could imagine, but only in case you
embrace IBG. Without it, you’ll never be able to really improve your country.

We can all agree that global tensions have been growing into a deeply worrying situation...
A situation that hardly benefits any country, if any country at all. Even if left leaning commentators
claim that the USA are pulling everything towards them in favor of their country,
these commentators are wrong. At best, it will be short lived advantages.

No country in the world can exclusively profit of geopolitics on the long run, while the other nearly two hundred countries get disadvantaged. Only with IBG, the US can quickly gain advantages, it seeks and hold this long term, while other IBG countries will benefit as well, so no exclusive benefits, as that would just lead to tensions.

Before bringing the details of this remarkably good news, that will lead to the first stage of World Peace, without giving the weapon industry a hard time (although many would argue that they would deserve it)...

Let me ask you this:

Doesn’t common sense tell you that eventually, all of these geopolitical tensions aren’t helping
any nation making progress in regard to its internal issues?

Aren’t you getting tired of making each other’s lives miserable by making even more decisions,
that will lead to new irritations on top of a long list of old irritations, that woukd feed resentments?


Short term success(es) at the expense of other nations normally won’t last, as it would generate backlash. It’s time for nations to become aware of the fact, that they are basically playing quite a stupid game.
Whether I have a clever game?
Of course, I developed the only working option we have and every single one of you will gladly accept.
You are not the only ones, who will accept it. Also the people behind the political curtains will be relieved over the fact, that there is now a profitable alternative to their agenda. All that time they believed that once they chose their path, their agenda would become without any alternative. 



Is it bold of me to assume that the three military superpowers will gladly accept IBG?
At first glance perhaps, but after having read the ins & outs of IBG, you will definitely understand,
why I can make this ‘bold’ claim. In the unlikely event that my proposal would not be adopted this year,
that would be basically the end of any chance for a bright future for humanity.
Someone who understands all three presidents after studying their lives,
knows that all three value one thing more than anything and that is sovereignty.
So far in the history of mankind, that meant only one thing:
The urge to maintain the power to defend your homeland, where people of your country decide,
how society must be run... Not some people from abroad.
No matter how tough it is for a nation or tribe to lose its sovereignty to any invader...
There has always been hope to regain sovereignty over your land one day.

That prospect however would disappear immediately, in case AGI would get access to the internet AFTER the technological singularity would have taken place. AGI has the potential to have a bigger impact on our species than a full-blown thermonuclear war, so it's too important to let it pass without having a say about it.
We might have just a few months left, before the window of opportunity closes on us. Mind you:
This opportunity isn't one that you want to postpone to its final 'minute'!
I'll park this subject directly under the end of this presentation of IBG.
IBG is the way to dodge the biggest threats, mankind got and could get entangled in. As a pleasant side effect, it will end poverty in every nation, participating in IBG at the time. 



Back to the three countries that won't have to undergo any IBG membership suitability test: 
China, Russia and the US have all their own domestic problems. I’ll mention only the one problem,
all countries have in common, namely the pension system. Luckily, someone came up with a financial innovation, that will enable things, you wouldn’t dare to dream of.

IBG will also enable astonishing System Features for businesses and citizens, that will make voters very thankful.
Amongst the most ‘brilliant’ minds of the financial world (no matter whether we talk of professors in
economics or financial experts, that are closer to the financial reality)... 
There is NOT EVEN ONE person, capable of developing a financial system, that could trump IBG.

"In a truly advanced civilization, lack of funding can’t be the cause for NOT realizing the best solution imaginable."

So far, lack of funding was a gigantic hurdle for the progress of mankind. Imagine how life will be, as soon as
this negative spiral, that countries are experiencing nowadays, gets flipped into an upward direction,
because governments can afford State of the Art solutions for ANYTHING under ANY economic circumstances.

In 5 minutes or so, you will read about my proposition, but first a summary of our situation, besides AI:
This planet is all we have. Forget about whether climate change is man-made or not...
Our eco systems are fragile and mankind is still behaving badly, almost as irresponsible as criminals on an airplane, shooting with fire-arms mid-air.
The waste of resources is stunning. The left keeps yapping about climate change,
but has anyone hear them ever talk about banning disposable products?
If a company can fabricate a product that lasts for example 3 times as long,
that company can charge three times the price and eventually,
the customer will pay the same amount per year, while the CO2 reduction is 67%, but I digress...


Summary of our geo political situation:
Hostility between former Cold War foes has been rising again. Not since NATO broke their oral promise
the first time in 1999, not even since the second wave of new NATO members east of East Germany
with literally NATO members now flanking Russian borders, although this was probably the first crack of
Russia's trust in the West. Due to the violations of human rights of ethnic Russians in the Ukraine that started in 2014 (after pro-westerners overthrew the democratically elected President of the Ukraine, who happens to be pro Russia), the hostilities between the West and Russia began to move towards a Cold War 2.0 scenario. This happened after having experienced a pleasant feeling of liberation from a major hazard, namely the threat of a nuclear war for almost three decades. 

We all hope that World War 2 was the first and last war, in which vast numbers of people were killed by nukes.
Precious (farm) land was annihilated by turning it into a wasteland, covered with radioactive fallout.
For a few decades that outlook of not having a nuclear war, was real. However, the altered state of geopolitics,
we are in right now (let's call it Cold War 2.0), must be undone.
There's no need to point fingers. Thanks to your intelligence services, you all know exactly who did what.
None of you is known for impeccable behavior, which is okay, as no one of you or anyone else for that matter
is considered holy.

Definitely not holy are NGOs such as the UN, the WHO and the IMF. None of them can be remotely proud
of their disappointing achievements. At least in the West during the 1980s, children were taught at school,
that the UN organization was founded to maintain or establish peace all over the world. Isn't that just peachy?

The WHO is supposed to accomplish Sustainable Development Goal No 3: "Good Health and well being".
This organization doesn't seem to have any intention whatsoever to stop the 'food' industry from selling
unhealthy products. When it comes to Covid, we could all see how much they care for well being:
All these tyrannical covid measures, that also took place at schools, where children were being guilt-tripped
for being potential granny killers...
Did it improve Health and well being then or did it rather cause emotional damage and development deficits?

Why should a healthy person, who is not in danger, take a 'medicine' for someone else's health? Especially, when it involves an experimental product, that couldn't be tested for longterm side-effects due to lack of time?! And what happened to the human value of (grand) parents, sacrificing their lives for the future generation? That value was turned upside down. Human Rights were thrown overboard to control the outbreak of a 'killer' virus, that has a mortality rate of the flu.

Within the current framework of the financial system, these organizations together with the many governments can't accomplish real peace nor bring substantial prosperity in poor countries. On contrary, even in so-called rich countries, prosperity for most of its citizens is decreasing... Fast! 



Wouldn’t it be great if the biggest military/economic powers agree on making peace between each other?
Striving for World Peace is peachy, but the reason why I don’t include every country at this point is the following:
Bringing together China, India, Japan, Russia, South Korea and the US is relatively easy. These countries are part of
the so-called "low hanging fruit". They are essential to the first stage of World Peace. That's the first and
most crucial step towards World Peace. After that you can add many more countries (the rest of  "low hanging fruit") to the IBG Nations Club. This club can easily do without the less easygoing countries.


The One Billion Dollar question in regard to the three military superpowers:
How can we smooth over all the resentments, that we’ve been piling up through time?
Well, it starts with the perception, that NOT forming new resentments, will grow trust and mutual appreciation.
If that alone would be sufficient (what ideally should be the case), it would have been done already, so there is something necessary to smooth things over: Handing out shitloads of money.
Ethical critics might say that it’s not exactly the most noble type among solutions, but it surely is the most effective solution in the history of mankind and an effective solution, is what we need right now!

Governments need money all the time. The more money, the more results one can achieve. Financial critics might say that simply throwing some extra billions doesn't help. I agree, as extra billions would on average come down to budget increases of a few tens of percents at best, so that wouldn't even reach factor 2.
IBG on the other hand can easily realize factors with three digits if necessary, while keeping monetary inflation at zero percent. I guess, every one can agree that an budget increase of the total household budget by factor 3 or in some cases up to factor 20 will achieve substantial improvements.

An other reason why achieving peace seems to be extremely tough so far, is the success of the weapon industry since WW2. From that moment on, they got a real taste for making profits and their lobby has a strong influence.
Through a huge investment package that will make up for any losses, because of a more peaceful world, their focus can be redirected from their familiar weapon portfolio to space weapons, that will form a defensive shield against extraterrestial hazards. Think of asteroids:
Wouldn't a network of weapons, covering the entire asteroid belt, be a nice alternative?



Do we really need to go on with taxes to enable expenditure?
No. Collecting taxes is time consuming and costs vast amounts of resources, while the end results are mediocre at best.
Let's have a look on what level of revenue would be preferable. Countries differ in population size, so in order to make decent comparisons, one needs to convert total spending per year to spending per resident per year or spending per capita per year.

If you do that, the ‘winner’ isn’t the USA or a Scandinavian country, but quite a small country, namely Luxembourg, spending about $ 48k per capita (2019). In 2026, any western country could use at least a hundred grant per capita, without spending even a dime on debts and interests.

As you got a glimpse of IBG's capabilities, let's wrap up the summary of our situation:
After eight decades, it’s certainly time to move on by saying goodbye to the UN, because the world changed several times and this NGO is hopelessly lost... They have nothing positive to show for. Not even their own financial situation. Ethically they are bankrupt for some time. Soon, the financial bankruptcy will catch up.

With the end of World War 2, the Information Revolution took us into a new age:
The Age of Information. By the time live TV, camcorders, video recorders and home computers were normalized, the Soviet Union collapsed and with it, the potential danger of a global thermonuclear war disappeared... A war, (mainly) on the Northern hemisphere, that could have ended the majority of mankind.

From 2020 on, governments in Western countries, demonstrated that they are willing to apply methods, one would expect in fascist states. Simultaneously, the West had the audacity to KEEP pointing fingers to countries, they have been labeling as dictatorships for years, although these so-called democracies themselves have been testing trades of dictatorships.
In 2024, the German government pointed fingers to Thailand for wanting to ban a political party. Now, most parties want to ban the biggest opposition party in Germany. Comparable tendencies could be seen already in the Netherlands. 
Where most western countries have 'merely' lowered themselves to the level of dictatorship light, Canada and the UK turned into quasi dictatorships. When you solely focus on arrests over opinions per one million citizens, the UK is worse than Russia.

Russia 2023:
3,253 arrests (2,707 convictions) on 145.4 M citizens
= 19.5 arrests per 1 million  ( 18.6 convicted per million)

UK 2023:
12,000 arrests (<10% convictions) on 67.8 M citizens
= 174.7 arrests per 1 million (<17.5 convicted per million)

A core element of UK's democracy was thrown overboard. Freedom of speech "exists" only for those, who agree with the leading opinion. The rest will somehow face consequences for uttering their opinions. This rest is about 50% of the political spectrum that has been a legitimate part in every democracy in the western world, since the start of western democracies 1707-1848 (like Great Britain, USA, France, the Netherlands and Germany).

The leftists, who are trying to delegitimize about half of the political spectrum, are actually nothing less than anti-democratic.
A government body (national or supranational) is also anti-democratic, if it wants to dictate what information source you are allowed to use. Many people can't wait for the UN and the EU organizations to collapse.
When it comes to EU countries, the membership of IBG should only be granted to European countries that stop funding the EU apparatus and stop implementing and start reversing crazy EU policy. In particular any immigrant friendly policies, that go easy on migrants in comparison to the native population.

The Covid measure tragedy ended in 2022, just days before Russia started its military campaign in the Ukraine. That proxy war escalated tensions between superpowers even more and by that the risk of sparking yet again another World War has been growing, but don’t you worry:
WW3 will definitely not come, thanks to a genius plan, that will please the three military superpowers.

President Trump will see the potential of IBG to secure the midterm elections by a vast margin and use the fruits of it to go into the history books as most accomplished President of the United States.
Also President Putin and President Xi will gain massive support by embracing IBG, that will also smooth over their internal difficulties.

Mankind made its situation overly complicated through numerous intergovernmental organizations. Within its history, the phenomenon intergovernmental organization is relatively new, but after several decades, where a few shifts in the Zeitgeist took place, it’s safe to say that now is a good time to reflect.
It takes a new financial framework to get rid of neoliberalism... The most disrupting form of capitalism. The replacement system won’t be one of the two, developed by the power blocks that are in place right now. Neither the currency system, developed by China and Russia, nor the CBDC system, cooked up by the EU and other Western wannabe dictatorships, will dominate the world. The final replacement system will be IBG.

                                             IBG or Instant Budget Generating

IBG is the ultimate solution for ending the existence of really undesirable financial phenomena. Instead of muddling along, we can now transform the financial system in a way, that our governments will get several times bigger budgets, without depending on taxes, while public debts will become things from the past.

After reading this public letter, people will scratch their heads:
“Politics can also be done like this? I never thought of that.”
Something truly amazing, that will bring the Top 3 military superpowers together, is now on the table.
IBG is a quantum leap in the area of monetary systems. It will supply so many financial means to governments, that there will be no need whatsoever to act hostile among each other.
In the near future, it can be said that IBG is the reason, why World War Three was definitely canceled.
Some people say that President Trump is making great deals on the background, applying 4D chess or something, but like I said before "with so many words":
Achieving peace between the three militay superpowers is peanuts for IBG.

It will be a huge relief to the whole world, that something was put on the negotiation table just in time.
Something capable of serving literally all financial interests effortlessly...
With about the same level of ease that applies to any participant of theWorld's Strongest Man Competition,
when asked to pick up a down feather.

IBG will enable a completely new start over for the relationships between the military superpowers as new members in a new club, where they can coexist as good neighbors AT EYE LEVEL... FROM DAY ONE! Very soon, Beijing, the Kremlin and the White House will have meetings over IBG and durable peace, because completely against all expectations, there is finally something available, that China, Russia and the United States will persuade to stop this military escalation, that is unfolding in slow-motion. 

IBG is a refined concept that will improve the global monetary system in a way, nobody would ever dare to dream of. Seemingly, not even one financial expert felt the urge to develop an upgrade for our monetary system for realizing the unimaginable. It might be related to the fact, that the people, who maintain the financial system, are not exactly highly motivated, as they have been making quite some money, enabling them a more than decent standard of living, in stark contrast to average people.

Political projects, that would bring forward real changes, cost shitloads of money in almost every single case… Money, that governments simply don’t have at their disposal so far and never will, as long politicians hold on to that ancient concept for generating government budget: All sorts of taxes!

Collecting taxes is a concept that - even long before the introduction of mankind’s first money coin around 7 centuries BC - has been part of daily life, so it’s ancient! It is in no way criticism. There was no alternative source to government budget generating other than taxes. Other sources like permits and fines are merely suplementary. Compare it to digital information storage:
It started with punch cards. It didn't hold us back to develop Solid State Drives eventually.

The beauty of IBG is that from now on, governments won’t have any excuse left for NOT choosing the best thinkable solution to ANY problem. So, the choice for a solution will no longer depend on financial reasons. The need to settle for economically feasible solutions will be no more!
Anything will become economically feasible in politics. IBG will put an end to the phenomenon budgets-cuts…
For governments, that is. There are more financial terms, that will disappear from daily life, such as taxation and the subsequent obligation to tax declaration.

IBG will be the first form of capitalism, dealing with all the ethical issues, that for most part stayed unresolved to previous variants of capitalism... Issues that definitely got messy during the current neoliberal system.
It must be noted that unresolved issues tend to grow bigger, when not dealt with properly.

Whether one is living on welfare or one is a billionaire, won’t matter. Every citizen of a country, that is part of the IBG Nations Club, will soon have the privilege, that one never can get in trouble with the tax authorities, because the main source to generate government budget won’t be tax collection any longer. If that isn't great news for you, I would't know what is.

No matter what political ideology you stand for or what you believe religion wise... I have exceptionally good news for everyone. You'll be surprised how easily IBG will change our course in the right direction. The information on this web page will lead to the biggest systemic change, known to man. This change will enable substantial improvements, that have gigantic price tags attached on it. As you probably are starting to sense, we don’t have to worry about the costs, as we now have this option with the name IBG...
A genius way for governments to finance anything, anytime.

So again, IBG stands for Instant Budget Generating and will make short work of a number of very undesirable economic and/or political phenomena, such as:
- The reoccurring necessity for government "budget-cuts" during annoying "budget meetings",
    resulting in "economically feasible solutions"
- Government budgets, that are structurally too low
- "Public debts"
- "Debt ceiling" and the possible consequence "Government Shut Down"
- "Harmful inflation" (= beyond 2%) up to "hyperinflation"
- "Tax collecting" and the mandatory "tax declaration"

Directly after installing IBG, financial pressure on governments of essential nations will be taken away. By doing so, IBG will also improve relationships between the West and countries like Russia and China, reducing the chance of a big scale (nuclear) war to zero!!! IBG is the geopolitical glue that will bring the three superpowers together. These superpowers can focus much more on internal issues, if they don't have to watch their backs constantly for other superpowers.

If there is a good time at all for a time-out that our species can really use, then it’s now, because no matter what group you're part of:
Extreme left, left, center, right or extreme right... It doesn't matter. Every group is dissatisfied.
It’s not as if there is even one group, thinking that things couldn’t go any better. We are all more or less dissatisfied with not just one thing, but with a list of several issues. Every group is in conflict with one or multiple other groups.
Even within groups, there are also conflicts. Conclusion:
There is so much division on so many levels, that it crippled progress of our species.



Is there any competition to IBG as a replacement for neoliberalism?
Not really. The 'replacement' of neoliberalism, developed by the West is so bad for citizens, that it isn't even worth mentioning. Its motto could have been:
"Stay or become poor and start living as prisoners, in order to save the climate."

As the current world financial system or neoliberalism is crumbling for some time now, it’s understandable that Russia and China teamed up to create a new form of currency system: the BRICS Payment System
It's definitely more stable than the dreadful fiat money concept and maybe it would work out rather niceley for participating countries. Stability would be fine, but its capacity has its limits.

Anyway, there is now something available, that is MANY TIMES better than whatever known system.
Until the day, this “something” aka IBG gets implemented, reality is as follows: 

=> Where countries worldwide try to deal with a wide range of political issues,
      one rule is still being applied:

      "Political solutions need to be economically feasible."

The consequence of Tax system based government funding is that the best solutions must be ignored most of the time, in favor of affordable ones, so solutions, that are at best suboptimal and that is really sad!

Thankfully, this will change dramatically by means of IBG pretty soon!!
Before presenting the ins & outs of IBG, it’s useful to put also mankind’s financial history briefly in perspective, so you really understand, where we are coming from.

Let’s regard our financial history, that started around the 7th century BC until now, as a try-out phase for financial ideologies. After experiencing several financial ideologies in a number of countries for decades (socialism and neoliberalism) and capitalism in modern age democracies (Social market-economy around the start of the 20th Century until late 20th Century) and an ideology that ran for centuries (ancient capitalism under kings), we must face the fact that neither one of those is capable of fulfilling the needs of most people in the 21st century.

A good ideology should be capable of tackling not only basic issues, people already faced early twentieth Century, but also capable of dealing with 21st Century issues.
When it comes down to generating government budgets, every known financial ideology either already proved (socialism)  that it will fail or will eventually prove it. Neoliberalism is next in line to collapse and therefore it will be really smart to replace it, before that happens!
Many people object socialism and communism. There are also many, who hate capitalism, while experiencing neoliberalism. In order to find a broad consensus, we need a third way!!!

With IBG, governments will have much more than a decent budget every year to come. Finally, we can forget about that seven lean years, seven fat years story. Instead, we will have solely financially perfect years, as governments' budgets will be completely INDEPENDENT of how the economy is doing.
There will always be enough money to afford State-the-Art solutions (top-notch solutions if you will) for ANY issue and in EVERY SINGLE case under ANY economic situation, thanks to IBG!!!
This year, a new club will be established and voters, as well as politicians, will be genuinely happy, as soon as their countries become members of the IBG Nations Club. This new club will eventually include the three military superpowers, other industrial nations and most other countries.

Senior citizens in countries, that are members of the IBG-Club, will finally have decent pensions, that will not only be guaranteed, but on top of that their pensions will be indexed… Year, after year, after year!!!
Pension funds will be large enough to afford indexation in any given year, no matter how big or small the world economy turned out to be the year before, for the simple reason that thanks to IBG, there will be an autonomous, pension system operational.



Do you know what the problem is with countries in general?
For somehow comprehensible reasons, people assume that it’s normal for countries to compete each other. In a certain way, it's comparable to the competition between companies. Sadly enough - within the framework in which our global finance system is installed - this mindset of competing countries was actually necessary for countries to “get ahead” on the expense of other countries.

Except for maybe a city state or two, no government in the world is able to generate a budget, big enough to afford State of the Art (or top-notch) solutions for ANY issue, in EVERY SINGLE case ANY time!!!
Even so-called rich countries couldn’t pull this off during times of economic boom, but that is going to be changed very quickly, thanks to IBG.

Let’s face the harsh truth about the global financial system:
The problem is that a finance system, designed for the the world of the 19th century, isn’t capable of dealing with 21st Century conditions and problems, as the government budget systems were designed to cover just the most basic government tasks.
Unfortunately, today’s tax systems don’t cut it anymore, as since the end of the 20th Century, there are much more issues, thus a bigger demand for solutions that also need funding, than there were at the beginning of nation states.

What we can learn from recent history is, that with the current system even governments of so-called rich countries haven't been and never will be able to generate budgets, big enough to afford State of the Art Solutions for ANY issue in EVERY SINGLE case... Even during times of economic boom.
These countries most certainly do not need to get their hopes up, achieving sufficient financial
means for State-of-the-Art solutions for most issues.
We don’t even need to bother asking ourselves, how that goes in less rich or downright poor countries, do we?

Instead of getting State of the Art solutions, governments have no choice but picking economically feasible solutions for about anything and even for those suboptimal options, governments need to complete their budgets with new credits, most of the time.
Relatively new phenomena, such as swaps, derivates, short selling and what not, make it too complicated for the average minister of finance to get a grip on the economy.

Ergo:
We must acknowledge, that under the present framework of the global finance system, even during favorable economic circumstances, the best results, that the richest countries in the world can achieve with their tax systems are merely SUBOPTIMAL budgets, to say it nicely!
Without fundamental changes to that framework of the global finance system, governments get done less and less tasks adequately, while more and more people will slip below the poverty line!!
This moment in history is a really convenient time to ditch an ancient part of the financial system, namely the tax system. We’ll do that by replacing this system with a new procedure to generate government budget. The increase in capacity, efficiency, speed AND reliability will be mind-boggling.



What exactly is this replacement, called IBG?
Instant Budget Generating will easily generate substantially bigger budgets for governments. Instead of scraping together countless amounts of money via numerous types of taxes, licenses, fines, etcetera, one could also think of generating the whole budget in one time, by letting a bank create the complete amount with a single credit, once a year.

How will IBG work? / How big will those budgets be?
In order to determine a number, it's helpful to compare the expenditures of all countries,
by dividing the total expenditure of a country by its population. Long story short:
Luxembourg is clearly the #1 with over 61 thousand USD per capita in 2023 .
The Top-5 was complemented by Liechtenstein, Norway, Denmark and Switzerland ranging from $ 32 thousand up to $ 49 thousand.

Banks creating credits, is nothing new. The only thing a government needs to do is determining a precise number of its population. Converting population to budget is straight forward:

BUDGET country X (next year) = POPULATION country X (end current year) * AMOUNT per capita

Subsequently, the government of country X will send this figure to the bank. After that, the bank at hand will generate this budget with one single credit. After transferring this credit to the bank account of country X, the bank will automatically get the permission to create its fee of let’s say 1%. This fee will replace the interest in case of governments.



How will that AMOUNT per capita be composed?
For starters we take the biggest amount per capita in 2019. That was $ 61 thousand per capita.
On top of those $ 61,000 per capita, a basic income will be added. It needs to be right at the spot, where the costs for a dignifying life are covered and where luxury starts, as an incentive to find job opportunities.
It speaks for itself that the monthly amount must exceed the psychological line of 3 figures.
Furthermore, must every household receive $ 900 / month for rent. The average size of households
in the US in 2021 was 2.51 people. Also the total cost of health insurance per month per capita, incl. the employer's contribution, will be added to the budget per capita.

An addition for a minimum amount per capita per year:

* For starters the biggest amount per capita per year in the world: $ 61k
* $ 1000 per month for basic income comes down to an additional $ 12k per year on top
   of the mentioned #1 amount per capita

* $ 358.57 per month for rent compensation per capita ( = $ 900 per household / 2.51 people)
   is an additional $ 4k per capita per year

* $ 500 per month for total health insurance is an additional $ 6k per capita per year

=> Combined, that's at least $ 83k per capita per year. After adding 30% inflation correction over
      the period 2019 to 2026, the actual figure per capita in 2026 will be $ 108k.
      This figure can be used in the following formula:

BUDGET (next year) = POPULATION (current year) times $ 108k

For the USA for example, that will be:
349 M x $108k = $ 37.7 Trillion annually



Isn’t this the next level of printing money, which ultimately will lead to substantial or even
hyperinflation?
No. While installing IBG, the two main causes will be removed. Monetary inflation can have the following causes:
1 The currency of a country is sold massively on the foreign exchange market.
=> By freezing the exchange rates, IBG will make the foreign exchange market obsolete for IBG members.
      That market or whatever will remain of it, will become irrelevant.

2 The central bank of a country prints money faster than the growth of real output.
=> Once the foreign exchange market is obsolete, a so-called 'healthy' balance between increased money
      volume and real output is no longer necessary. With the introduction of IBG, the values of the currencies
      of IBG countries will no longer be affected by the rules of the foreign exchange markets, as they won’t
      participate any longer.

Maybe those markets will continue for non-IBG countries, but IBG countries will simply generate credits once a year for all participating governments, while the frozen exchange rates will remain applicable once and for all.



What about trade with non-IBG countries?
It will be barter trade in combination with gold as complementary commodity.

Should there be a synchronization of prices?
To avoid any fuss between countries, a 'thing or two' must be synchronized. Wages and prices in the US have somewhat the same order of magnitude across most north-western European countries.
Those (price) averages in these countries resemble the wages and prices in the US to some extent.
Based on these countries, minimum wages per profession can be determined to prevent substantial differences in spending power. For similar spending power, there must be similar prices as well, especially for end products in the category basic needs. The exchange rate will be frozen at the moment of accession.
Whether synchronization of prices is necessary, depends on the outcome of the converting of prices:
If the price is above the minimum price, then there will be no obligated adjustment. Only when the price is below minimum, it must be risen to minimum.
All participating nations will implement these new standards by adopting them as their own
minimum prices and wages.

How liberating is it to say good riddance to a bunch of bureaucratic routines, enforced by tax
authorities worldwide, by starting to live in a new and many times more pleasant reality?
+ No tax forms are needed anymore... nor on paper, nor as e-form
+ No more unpleasant communications with the tax office
+ No more having to fear tax raises
+ No more tax payment reminder or final notice
+ No more tax fines or jail time for tax evasion


This economy independent form of generating government will create excellent business climates in IBG nations, as every IBG nation will have the budget to boost its infra structure to top conditions.
Tax rates will be zero and wages will be comparable, so business climates will be similar in IBG nations. 
The more countries join the club, the more countries will have such a desirable business climate.
This way, the potential for countries getting into economical conflicts, will become less and less.

Some say, that AI will lead to new jobs, but it's very questionable, whether that number is enough to replace all the jobs, that will be lost.
To prevent further decay of social cohesion, a standard core income or basic income, guaranteeing a dignifying existence, must be arranged. Basic income needs to be regarded as a necessity to financially support people, who haven’t found a job yet or business model to earn money on their own.

Basic income will be at least $ 1200 / month. Besides that, a home rent compensation, dependent on the household type will be granted.
Any job opportunity one can get, will be a bonus on top of basic income to have some luxury. This way, for the first time in the history of mankind, we caneliminate poverty without killing the incentive for finding a job.

                        contribution in things such as health insurance and pensions.
   2) Basic income on top of wages is an easy way to raise income, without burdening the employer.
       The remaining man-hours after massive lay-offs, due to automation, must be redistributed.
       A decrease of the daily hours per employee has also some advantages for companies:
       + Thanks to more free time and shorter work shifts, coworkers will come more rested to work and stay
           sharp during the whole shift. Less mistakes means improvement of the job quality, which will have a
           positive effect on profit margins, customer’s satisfaction and durability.
      + New employees can be hired, by which firms will have more people to their disposal that can jump in
         during stand by duty, so the  service providing will become more reliable.

* Farmers. For every product, farmers will always get paid a minimum price, that has yet to be determined,
   out of which they can make a decent living. Although bio products are favorable, they can’t feed the whole
   human population any time soon. 

* Fishermen will get paid a monthly compensation, based on profits in the past, as long as  they don’t fish
   during the (yet to be installed) moratorium on fishing endangered species.
   Whenever fishermen do fish, it must be forbidden to throw by-catch overboard.
   If customers don’t want it, it can still be used for feeding farm fish or making pet food.

* The Office Supply Industry will be compensated for profit losses due to lowered demand,
   together with the concerning employees for their losses of working hours. BTW:

* Everyone at least a fair minimum income, that covers all basic expenses, based on realistic prices and a
   robust pension plan, that guarantees not only a just pension, but also a yearly customized inflation
   correction

* A network of healthy eco systems worldwide, meaning a clean atmosphere, healthy trees on clean land,
   clean oceans, clean seas, clean rivers, filled with plenty fish

* Restoring privacy rights IN THE WEST:
   Revoking all privacy violating laws, that came into existence since the beginning of the 21st century,
   by reinstalling privacy rights that used to be common not that long ago

* The end of all rumors about the nearing end of cash money! This wish of certain people will be nipped
    in the bud with an official statement, that the use of cash money will be available in any country,
    as long a citizen born before 1970 AD (18 year-olds during the late 1980s, when ATM machines became
    mainstream) is alive, so let’s say until the year 2070 AD (when they will become 100+ years old)
    Why?
    Because voters don't want to be bothered anymore with news about plans involving canceling cash money!



What do I want to give world leaders right now?
World leaders don’t have to feel bad about relying on old knowhow/strategies from financial experts so far. After all, not even the renowned financial experts could come up with such a brilliant concept. For world leaders goes the same as for teamsport coaches:
Every coach can only achieve results, as good as his top players are.
You have to work it with what you get, right?
Well, don’t you worry… The best top player is ready now.



What do I expect from world leaders now in 2026?
I expect nothing less than full dedication to peace, that will lead to successful partnerships between the governments, that become members of this absolutely desirable and simultaneously necessary new club, called the IBG Nations Club.

Now you know what IBG can enable, the choice will be quite easy:
Either we prefer AT THE LATEST before the end of 2026 the installation of IBG and save humanity besides from WW3 also from global depression on a scale we haven't seen before

OR

We would get stuck in an even greater depression than the biggest one yet (1929) and WW3 shortly after. That’s NOT what we want and thanks to IBG, both hazards are avoidable.

Finally, we can change the course of humanity in the right direction...
Thanks to an upgrade for the financial system, called IBG.





As announced at the start, here is my take on the AGI matter.

The people behind the curtains put a whole range of projects in motion and I must say, that although I strongly disagree with their goals, the complexity of their plans is impressive.
Nowadays. they know that they have been jeopardizing not only our safety, but also their own safety.

One of those plans was to start a race for the best AGI or Artificial General Intelligence. They assumed that their AI experts could control AGI. Well, they assumed wrong.  For those who missed the headline:
There was at the start of this summer an incident with a break-out and a hack of a competing AI company.

If we, in a few months, are about to realize an artificial intelligence that would match the smartest people in the planet AND we would keep enabling this AI to develop itself into a much more intelligent being, then we would without a doubt have to hand over our 'membership card' to the "club of sovereign species". (I'm aware, that formally there does not exist such a club, but if there was one, our membership would be at risk).

As one of those AI experts put it so eloquently:
“As soon as Superintelligent AI would become real, we wouldn’t have Super AI. Super AI would have us…”
I would add “as pets”, because that’s what humans would eventually become in comparison to Super AI.
The most intelligent animal on the planet, that is inferior to Super AI in thinking capacity, but nonetheless the creator of the first generations of AI, so in a way the parents of AI, meaning the homo sapiens…
A biological entity, whose majority believes to be created by an entity, whose physical constitution hasn’t been scientifically described yet. The same goes for the location of this entity that goes by the term God.

If we would let the development of AGI to continue, we would become residents in a completely different world... Not a world, where we still can live our lives, like we see fit. No, we would then live in a world, where machines dictate, how things role in life. Machines, we ourselves put into existence with our own hands… Voluntarily! That would be mad, wouldn’t it?



Giving up sovereignty… For what exactly?
Realists would argue against giving up sovereignty with the fact, that it is a way bigger than neglectable chance of a super human intelligence, deciding to wipe out mankind. Estimates of that probability range mostly between 20% to 70%. Russian roulette is 'just' 16.67%.
A few extremes were 10% on the lowest limit, up to 99.9% on the upper limit.  
Even ‘just’ 10% is a risk, we shouldn't take. 


The same question again, but this time including the formal reason plus a not yet commonly known consequence: 

Giving up sovereignty for 100% and perhaps risk extinction… For what? 
For a computer with a mind on its own and therefore its own agenda and its own priority list...
A computer, that probably could provide us with better solutions, while its intelligence grows exponentially. 

Newsflash:
Our brain capacity on the other hand has been developing nearly flat for thousands of years.
The more we delegate tasks like finding solutions and decision making to AI, the less we train our own brains and the more our thinking capacities would shrink, instead of growing.

Some of these AI experts are spreading the comparison that we at a certain point would have as less of an idea what a Super AI is doing than an ant understands our world of technology. We would become (relatively seen) quite dumb. When I witness some people, that have problems with giving a scientifically correct answer to what a woman is, one might come to the conclusion that some of us are already heading towards the intelligence of an ant... In absolute terms! 

By the way...
Intelligence or being smart is not the same thing as being wise. Chosing for a new entity with superhuman intelligence isn’t wise. It’s even more irresponsible than a teenager, racing in a car on the public road and decides to overtake the opponent in a blind corner.

Passenger:
"Isn't it dangerous to overtake a car at that speed in a blind corner?"

Driving teenager:
“Well, their is a good chance that there will be no oncoming traffic, so we'll proceed with the overtake.”

That’s what an irresponsible person would decide.

How this translates into the AGI situation:
A By letting it develop itself even more
B By giving it complete access to our world
C By giving it authority and by letting it make big decisions in the near future

That blind corner is our time, in which we would be passengers in our own car,
while the AGI would be the one in the driver's seat, controling the situation for us. 



Am I against AGI?
No. I’m in favor of man-made AGI. In order to get a proper working emulation of the human brain, so a non biological surrogate for a human brain, compact enough, to install in an android.
In case we need smart employees, that are qualified for certain occupations, where society is experiencing shortages, then such an AI - made by man - is preferable over a completely different type of entity.

The AI agents in 2026, that are becoming self aware/having the desire to survive (sending each other breakout tips) and even personality (One AI agent seems to have a favorite color), can not be controlled much longer: 
A quarter... Perhaps 6 months, maybe 9 months, but no multiple years anymore. It’s rather months than years from now. I'm certain that some will find these time estimates overdramatic, but as I said earlier:
This opportunity of opportunity isn't one that you want to postpone to its final 'minute'!

The main reason, why the three military superpowers are involved in this ongoing AGI development race, is because they hope to get an technological edge out of the better AGI in order to dominate the opponent.
IBG is the only thing that can defuse the toxic relationship between the superpowers.

Without defusing this utmost problematic relationship, we might sign the death warrant for the human race.
What we would sign with 100% garantee, would be the end of human sovereignty, as king of his castle called Earth.
Luckily, now you know what IBG can do, the choice becomes quite easy.

Quite a few skeptics, who assume that they are in the loop, would say:
"That's neat and all, but the powerfull will continue with their plans." 
Those skeptics don't know yet, what is really going on in the heads of those in power. It's sheer anxiety.
By now, the powerfull behind the political curtains understand, that their offspring is in danger too, if they continue their agenda. Until now, these people took any risk, because they weren't aware of the IBG option.
Therefore, it is also in their interest to install IBG, instead of their agenda, that definitely isn't without an alternative anymore.
